I had an appt for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. That somehow took 3 hours to complete. There was no communication between the workers and it seems your system is set up for failure. I waited 15 min after my appt time to be greeted in the bay and when people did come out they were fighting.
Michael had to ask where my vehicle was after the 3 hours and by the time i got to it the engine was cool having been parked out front. I understand being behind and Michael salvaged what he could with the multiple fires he was putting out but if i didnt have a maintenance plan i would not be back.

Service Team member Michael was really helpful, he understood all my needs. And went above and beyond . In the other side, technician forgot to put the lid in the air cabin filter spot, good that I knew how to do it. I didn't get a carwash.
