Communication is absolutely poor. My service advisor Adrian committed to good communication from the start and unfortunately that dud not happen. The only time during the process I spoke with Adrian is when I initiated contact and left a voice mail message. Then he called back. During the process I was I'll informed about what was going on with my vehicle. Our car broke down in Clovis and we live in Moorpark 3 hours away. When the car was finally "ready" My wife and daughter drove there to pick up the car. Upon arrival they were told our service had not made payment and he could not release the car until that happened. We called at 10 am and we're told the car would be ready. I received a text message the car was ready at 2:15 pm and when they arrived they were told this about the payment. This is unacceptable. After about 20 minutes Adrian came back and released the vehicle. This was a very stressful situation and your customer service only made it worse.

I don’t like the appointment only thing you do. Sergio was nice and not help I’m like a better example for my free 3 year oil changes. And my extended warranty deal too. Was told by Sergio he would let me know more? And I’m still waiting for it

Adrian was pretty rude anytime I would call in for an update and made sure to make the response “ isn’t your car the car that got towed in without an appt? You can check on it Friday” after he had told me he should know something that Monday and when I called he didn’t have any info. I called corporate to see if they needed any kind of maintenance records or other stuff thinking maybe I could send it to them to speed up the process and they said their was no claim processed by the dealership so I called Adrian back to get info on this and he sounded upset that I called corporate. I will never recommend anyone to take their money to that dealership when he is the face of the company
