I would just like to say that I was completely satisfied with the work they do on my 2023 Kia Forte. Also the waiting room is very clean with programs we can watch the coffee is great choice of expresso latte coffee or chocolate. One of the best oil change experiences I’ve had, Adrian was very through with his explanation of everything that was done & the state of my automobile. I was satisfied with the dealerships work and professionalism. What I was not happy with was the supplier of the part that needed to be fixed. The supplier sent the wrong part and caused the dealership to have to apologize to me for the suppliers mess up. The mechanic ordered the correct part number. The Kia Representative was amazing and does not have to contact me.
