All the work was done well, but now there’s like three or four greasy fingerprint spots on the roof of the inside of the driver side. It looks like the mechanic used their greasy fingers to help himself in and out of the car. I’m not too excited about that.

Took too long, gave me complications, didn’t get a rental for the almost 2 months that they took trying to fix the car, tried charging me 11k then 5k which didn’t make sense since the issue was something related to the engine which it also had warranty because the car barely had 60k miles. Unhappy with how they handled the situation. Never let me know that the person who was on my case had quit so they never reached out. When I would reach out I was sent to voice mail. I had to show up there to ask when was I getting the car fixed. Really unsatisfied with the service.
