I was satisfied to an extent. As far as calling in speaking to somebody to make an appointment to have my vehicle brought back in, and as far as notification when my vehicle is ready, very pleasant experience. However, the time that it took to get the approval and actually get my vehicle back to me, Regardless of who’s lap that fell in or who was responsible for it, I was not satisfied at all. It was something as simple as a knock sensor, and it took two weeks to get an approval? I think that is a little ridiculous. I don’t mean to sound like a grouch , but I just wanted to be honest. Thank you guys very much and thank you to the technicians that didn’t service my vehicle and that didn’t get me back on the road. I greatly greatly appreciate it. I hope everybody at Selma Kia has a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend and hopefully (don’t take this personal) I will not be seeing any of you anytime soon
