I still had questions at the end of my checkout process about the login to view my pdf. I was trying to ask and show Adrian my phone in an attempt to ask my clarifying questions. Adrian handed me off to the cashier and walked away, without my questions being asked. I felt ridiculous, embarrassed and ignored. The cashier was difficult to hear with the background noise from the tv and her radio. I felt she was upset with me not hearing her question about the credit card. The end of my visit wasn’t pleasant.

They didn’t do anything to my car when I was down there today. I drove an hour and a half for them to tell me that that they can only do that kind of service on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Sergio from service could have told me that when I made the appointment to come down there on Friday, so I was there two hours before they realize that the work was already okayed by the manager, but they couldn’t do it today so I was there two hours for nothing so not very satisfied So I had to make another appointment for the 23rd of this month so hopefully it will be taken care of then
