Just notified of the 3% charge on credit card service, wish I was notified beforehand so I can could bring cash or check. Also was told that serviced closed at 6 and was called at 5:20 when I was in class. If cashier left at 5:30, should have been advised of this.

After my cars recalls my oil light comes on sporadically after driving, I’ve brought it back twice to have it looked at it. You haven’t been able to identify the problem but have told me it appears to be fine. It is not fine, it is still going off every-time I drive to work.
I left messages to follow up, but instead of calling me back I was sent this review. I’m sorry it’s not a good one.

The service rep was doing the best he can given the situation he was in. It was difficult to book an appointment, it took over 3 hours, car wasn’t washed, computer issues with checking out. It seemed that the day was overbooked or possibly understaffed at no fault to Clayton. He was awesome and pleasant the entire time. The coffee maker was down, no loaner vehicles available, it wasn’t that comfortable of a customer waiting area compare to other locations we have our other vehicles serviced at.

Overall I was satisfied, just some small things are needed in the customer service dept. The rep on the phone had very little, not rude but not very helpful. Denise wasn't very friendly in the beginning but she was very informative with the breakdown of my car.
