The appointment scheduling process was a bit of a pain, as I was told to call at a specific time on a specific day to schedule an appointment for the next week, but it was a first come first serve basis so no appointments were guaranteed. I figured out I could do it online, but the two different staff I spoke to hadn’t let me know this. If staff had been more helpful or the scheduling process was smoother, that would have improved the experience significantly. As for the service itself, Ryan has serviced my car before and was great. No issues, not that I would notice them as a girly anyway. Thanks Ryan!
