Haley didn't offer to come outside to take a look at my car issue. When I convinced her to take a look, she told me a brand new tire is necessary to repair a screw in my tire. Your competitor removed the screw for me for a toy donation. I purchased a brand new Kia from your dealership last year, I definitely will not be back.

I made an appointment and it took you three days to look at the car. You texted me and said I could text or call back for updates. No one responded to my texts. I called and was told my service provider was gone so I asked for a call back which I never got until the very last day. But I only got service after I asked to talk to the general manager on the third day. I think it was a female office manager made Ryan talk to me. And I find out I have to replace the transmission because of a failing clutch after 115,000 miles. I will never by a Kia again. Not only because the car is now worthless after just over 100,000 miles but because your service is so bad. Elk Grove Toyota is sooooo much better. You guys are just barely hanging on.

Angus was great. But the process before being linked to him was not good. We had to leave car there for repairs and there was NO urgency to fix the car afterwards. Felt like the car was sold and it was put on the back burner instead of making it a priority. Ikon still doesn’t work. Detail job was ****. I’d be happy to discuss more. But outside of Angus the process was disappointing.
