I felt like the service advisor was a bit dishonest when presenting me the option for my oil change. I questioned him on the price since it was $70 more then my visit in Feb and he said well you want a tire ratation, there is a cost for that. Then when I got the paper I saw that it was a package that included some gas additives that he did not mention. I looked up my previous oil change paperwork from Feb and that included a tire rotation as well for $130. Also the tech did not change the sticker on my window so the old one is still there showing I need an oil change in 100 miles from now.

My service advisor Steve was wonderful. One thing that needs some work is the customer waiting area. The remote to the television didn’t work, the chairs were aligned awkwardly. Looked dingy, the service desk was top notch though.

Mr. Tubing sent me a text message stating that I had an appointment on 11/11/2024. When I arrived he informed that they couldn't find anything wrong on Friday 11/8. And that I could continue to drive the vehicle until it happened again(stalled out while idling at a light). The model I have is reported to have the issue of stalling out while idling. I just hope it doesn't happen while I am in a precarious situation. I recommend that the rep have more direct communication with the customer rather than depending upon sending text messages. I spoke with Mr Tubiq twice on the phone and he never mentioned what was done to my vehicle. Rather I was going by what he told me at the check-in, that they would diagnose the problem and get back to me and it may mean getting back to me on Monday as they had booked appointments that Friday. I received two emails, one stating we will see you Nov 11 at 8:00 AM. Very confusing for me.
However, no suggestions regarding his customer service style; it is very personable at the front counter. I also appreciated the shuttle service. The driver, Philip, was a good driver and had a respectful manner.
