I purchased my 2024 Kia Telluride in Davis and about two months in the check engine light came I called Davis and was told I needed an oil change….hum I said to reception, any case to say the least I’m not satisfied with their customer service at all.
I brought my suv to Elk Grove Kia and ever since Steven has been exceptional in handling issues I’ve had and is always courteous, accommodating and very communicative regarding my car.
Keep him and the other staff you have they too are always happy to help.
