After being rescheduled twice for a time-sensitive recall service, they didn’t have the part onsite and this is being pushed another week or two. The person who callled to cancel our appointment showed no empathy or concern for our situation. Disappointing.

When I brought my car in I told the man that I’m having fuel pump issues in my car because my gas was going down fast and I told him that my car had an issue when I start up the car the man called me He said my battery was low. I said OK have you looked at my fuel pump he said we need to fix the battery first, I feel like they gave me a runaround. I took my car to a different shop right after I picked up my car from the Kia. The second shop told me my battery was in good shape. I was very unsatisfied at this dealership, giving me false information.

Denise was awesome. Super friendly and informative. Kept me up to date on the process throughout the day which I greatly appreciated. She was able to get the car fixed within a few hours, and even had it washed. My experience with other (non-Kia) service centers has never been great, but I was so impressed with Kia and Denise in particular. She’s a gem.

I came in knowing exactly what was wrong with my car down to the exact code. And the only reason I went through with an inspection was because KIA "recommended" I do this step first to cover my own tush and get a confirmation on the work that needs to be done. Instead I wasted $200 to got told that they "didn't know" exactly what was wrong and verbally ran circles around the facts. Pushing that I get another $600 service done before getting what I actually need done on my car. I am so unbelievably disgusted in the "service" KIA provides and the customer service. I am so upset that I even wasted the $200 with KIA. You will not be getting my money or services. Beyond disappointmented. And will have nothing but negative things to say about this company and the lemons of cars they sell going forward.
