My car was 30 minutes early to my appointment. I drove with a tech to show him how my transmission was slipping. While in the car he told me he felt something. When he went and told my service advisor he said he didn’t feel anything. I had originally brought my car in for the seat motor which is going out. They never looked at it. At 2pm I picked up my car with nothing fixed. I told the manager and took him for a drive he told me he felt the slip and I showed him the seat motor he told me he would call me later in the day to make another appointment to take care of the issues. I never received a call. While driving to pick up my kids my seat completely stopped working and now it barely works. I understand that the transmission issue is hard to replicate since there are not any codes but my seat motor should have been fixed. I missed a whole day of work for nothing.
