I was told that the issue with my vehicle had to do with a recall. In turn I was given a rental vehicle and told that all but $6 a day would be covered. I picked up the vehicle on a Thursday and on Saturday the dealership found another issue with my car while I was out of town with the rental vehicle. I returned the vehicle first thing Monday morning and was charged by the dealership for the rental car. Labor on the work done was ridiculous begging that there was still a recall situation that needed to be addressed. I will be taking this further as I should not have been charged in full for the rental.

Xavier is terrific. Good comms and assurance, however Kia might consider a pre-appointment check list to be sure service will be completed as scheduled. For example the part was broken on arrival. A pre check could have saved me a drive. Overall I’m very pleased with Xavier and the service team for taking care of my vehicle.

If you look at my profile, it is obvious the car haven't been there for awhile. I was not aware of the price when I dropped off the vehicle for oil change and only synthetic oil was going to be used. My car did not use synthetic at the last oil change and being notified would've been nice.
Denise also did not specifically tell me the estimate when prompting me to sign. Seemed like she was rushing me to dog and get out of there.
