I bring my car to you all for all my services. I came in to see if my side mirror could be fixed. They said no, I need to order a new one. I was told I needed to pay first for them to order the part. I paid on 6/14/23.. I never received a phone call, I called a couple of times even left a message for a mgr. I’m pissed off that you were quick to take my money but never ordered my part until I called to check on it. Even when it came in no one called me. Over a month later 8/1.. I finally came in to get my refund. No one even cared or tried to save my business. So sad that Customer Service is so bad.

When car was inspected it was retired with non functional seatbelts and headliner loose, not fastened.
When I retiñes for a new headliner, I was not kept i formed about the status of my vehicle.
I had to reach out multiple times to request status info.
My car was not completed when promised.
I was told that my car would be derailed before it was returned to me- it was not.
