If I had known that the clock spring was on order, I would have made other arrangements. After already driving without an airbag or some controls on my car for over two weeks, which is how long I had to wait for an appointment, I now have to be without my car for another 5 days.

I trusted your service department with my vehicle on July 28th. Computers were down, but received a call at 4:18 pm saying my vehicle was checked in and a diagnostic would be ran to find the reason the check engine light came on July 19th. No communication on the 19th. I called on the 20th for an update. The person I talked to couldn't find my car in the system, and said someone would call me back. No one did. On the 21st I called again to inquire about my car. This time the male employee said there was no record of my car being there. I told him that my key was on a Fresno State lanyard. He said he was going to look for it.30 minutes later, he called and told my husband he found my car, but didn't know why it was there. My husband told him and they pulled it in to run a diagnostic. I then get a text from Xavier stating to reach out to him if I had any questions. I asked for an update 3x and crickets. I finally called and Xavier said he was about to call me. Diagnosed problems, parts were ordered and would probably be in on Tuesday. He said he would call me when it was done. I told him that I would have to walk to pick up my car. He said he would send a shuttle. I hear nothing on the 25th. I call on the 26th. Xavier apparently isn't there. A nice woman tracked down my car and said it was being fixed and she would call me when done. I told her that Xavier said he would send a shuttle. She said she would tell her manager. Finally at around 2, a male called me and said my car was done. Told him that I was promised a shuttle. He said it would be 30 minutes. I enjoyed my ride and talk with the nice man who brought me to the dealership. This experience was very disappointing and beyond frustrating. I have always bought Hondas/Acuras but was impressed by Kia's warranty, so I bought my Sorento. After this experience with my car being "lost" to the lack of communication I seriously don't know if I will continue to be a Kia customer in the future.

Had my headliner finally fixed after 3 attempts. While my car was being worked on, I also requested my oil change/rotation be done. I specifically requested if the service department didn’t have a master Wheel lock key to NOT rotate my tires. They took all 4 wheel locks off, rotated tires, and replaced the locks with normal lug nuts.

I went in to get my Tire Pressure sensor and tail light fixed, but they only fixed the tail light. Then they told me they couldn’t fix the sensor and gave me a number to go to a dealership in Hayward. I bought the vehicle in Elk Grove. If I bought the car in Elk Grove, the dealer should be able to help with the maintenance of the vehicle they sold me.
