Ryan was good, but lacks communication in following through with his client aka customer. Ryan wasn't responsible for my displeasure. You have a Service person that represents KIA in the service department, Ramona not quiet sure of her name older white lady, first encounter Wednesday July 11 ,i called to ask a question about they rental I picked up. I asked if Ryan could call me back, he never did. The second encounter with her I was told that she didn't know the answer to my questions and hung up on me when I called to inquire about the status of my car she told me there was no manager and no management on duty Saturday July 15, I called back she still refused me to speak to anyone, she didnt have the answers to my questions and didnt allow me to speak to anyone that could have helped me. I asked for a call back I received a vm, at 4:20pm I was told she would be in the office for another 10min and the office was closed on Sunday. I couldn't believe I was treated so rudely by a customer service representative. And it is apparently allowed. Because her conversation with another client on the phone I over heard today by her was very disturbing. A d she told the customer she was in the giving mood. I'm sure the Corporate, office would love to hear what I had as an experience. Sherri K

I think it disappointing that the software upgrade for the car reversed the warning procedures when the engine oil level gets low. The dash warning light never came on to warn me of a low level, but instead turned on the “check engine” light, causing me a $195 bill for someone to check my oil. The low oil indicator light should have done that.
