Your guess is as good as mine. I had an appt at 11:15. I was told the service would take 2-3 hours, max! I was waiting for my car. It took almost 4 hours to service my car. There was no apology or communication letting me know the service dept was running behind. The only communication was if I initiated it and then I was told give us 20 minutes. Again, no apology - nothing! It ended up being an additional 35 minutes. Just plain rude and your department could care less about your customers time.
I did witness one of your sales members, Brian, who was very kind, energetic and sweet. He made sure to try and engage in conversation with those in the waiting room. Shout out to him!

This is the second time i took my 2025 Kia Carnaval in for service to fix the navigation screen because it keeps ok glitching. I dove the car home and it started glitching again. I call and ask to speak with Ryan my service tech but was told he was on lunch and the rep will leave a message for ryan to call me back. I dont know how this lady rep is because ive ask for her name multiply times when i call but she would never give it but my car is still having the same issuse and i have receive a call for ryan yet. So im paying $600 a month for this brand new car where i have to call in every week to try and get it fixed.
