Customer Service was the best. Took way too long to get the work done. Drivers were great. My Service Manager was great. Work done was good. Took about 4. 5 hours to get oil change, transmission oil changed an a anti-theft software installed. Except for the anti theft soft ware, jiffy lube could have done the work in 20 minutes.

Your service is terrible your employees are all on different pages with the customer you don't deliver when you say and don't contact the customer to inform them . You have an arrogant manager Andy who thinks it's ok to be sarcastic and disrespectful with people or just women or women of color is he prejudice or what's his problem? . It is against the law to treat people as such I will never go to your company again as much as I like Kia cars I will not purchase another one because of my experience with this particular one Elk Grove . I am very dissatisfied dealing with something that seemed so simple & easy waiting one whole month for No results it's just unsatisfactory. I plan to let people know how unprofessional this particular branch is because of Andy the manager and that he can use some education on customer service and speaking with people //customers and human beings I really hope you all really read this and not discard it .

Your manager Andy is rude and arrogant he has no respect for Kia's customers and women /and/or women of color he has no customer service skills and that is suppose to be one of the main criteria's of being a manager he needs to take a class that will teach him how to communicate effectively with respect consideration and pleasantly I plan to continue to put in complaints on him with the corporate office and anywhere else until he gets it my service still was not completed. I'm so disappointed in this company for hiring such a person and letting him be in charge.
