Oil changes that are scheduled in advance should not take longer than 45 minutes a wait time of 11/2 hours will in fact keep me from buying the maintenance warranty next time

I texted a request for an update as well as followed up with a phone call after an hour of no response. I did not receive a call back and waited another hour before calling again. The vehicle was kept for over 8 hours and I never received a call back until it was ready for pickup.
