I’ve had to bring my car back multiple times for the same 2 issues. 1)brake issue 2) headliner issue.
1) brake issue the shop Forman heard the noise 2 times while we went on a test drive. Then every time he’s checked it out he can’t find the issue. The service department manager also went on a test drive with me and he couldn’t hear the issue. Tried to say that the auto start/stop was preventing him from hearing the noise. Area is still making noise.
2) headliner issue. The shop Forman heard the issue and suggested the headliner needed to be re-glued. The service department manager also heard the noise on the test drive. Finally had the headliner “fixed”. Drive for about 1 1/2 hrs and it started making noise again. This time the noise was worse than before.

Our family was extremely happy with the Kia service department every aspect of it, Denise especially! She took the time and effort to really make sure we were able to get this done in a timely manner. They worked with us on costs, and overall always was proactive in communication the way a good service department should operate. Ryan Tubig didn’t tell me I had to pick up my car before 5pm. He told me to come pick up my car and then hung up. I called the sales desk and they told me the office was open until 8pm. Then when I came before the dealership closed at 8pm, a salesperson had to call him to ask where my key was. The phone was on speaker so I heard him scoff and say “It’s 7:15. That’s crazy.” I would have come before 5pm if he advised me I had to pick up my car before 5pm; he just hung up. When I came to pick up my car, they had lost both my key and my car. Bad customer service on his part. I will not bring my car back here. The lady at the sales desk was lovely and cleaned up his mess.
