Communication was non existent. I had to keep calling back numerous times after being told I would get call backs. The call backs never happened. All I wanted was a simple yes or no answer to my question which was “did the water pump for my car come in” no one was able to tell me and kept telling me I had to speak to the advisor who was overseeing my car. I ended up going to the service department after waiting for 5 days with no call backs just to be there for less than 10 mins with my question answered by someone other than the advisor I was assigned. Everything could have been done over the phone if the multiple people I spoke to looked up my information.
