Denise was tremendous. My problem was with the parts department. I had to find my own windows and am waiting for more parts. I rts. I probably can find them quicker by calling around like I did for the windows.

1. It seems your description of the service could be more detailed. I really don’t know what was done and what Kia found. They said the alignment was bad, but it was not written on the receipt.
2. We have never smoked in our car. It smelled strongly of smoke. I would hope you would not smoke on customers cars.

Pricing inconsistent, you're unable to diagnose dash warning lights, oil spots left on hood and fenders, no staff to wash cars, unable to print inspection report after saying it was texted to me but I never received the text. I had a similar bad experience here, but I thought I'd give it a try but I'm disappointed and I may not return for future services.
