The tech was short in his diagnosis of completing the repair in my vehicle costing ne more funds, days without my vehicle & $165 in a tow to return the vehicle back to Kia for service. On the final day if repair, was going to send me home again. I asked him to try my vehicle on the freeway. He then returned with more repairs needed. Slow & Incomplete repair of my vehicle not only troubled my finances but could have challenged my ability to work, if I were not on medical leave during this period
