When I asked to get associate Anastasia to call and tell my Ally vehicle insurance to start my rental car privileges, she said I had none. Because of my job, I am unable to get personal affairs done. Once I could, I called and was told no one had called inquiring about my policy claim. I then called Anastasia and told her she had to call. She then lied and said she had, that she can show me on the caller ID. I told her they were waiting on the policy claim number to start the process of getting me a car. Total of 6 days for a rental, I was without a car for 3 weeks, I needed that rental car. She then told me, don’t get your hopes up! I wouldn’t have a rental! She has absolutely no idea what she’s was talking about because she never called my Ally insurance yet she was rude and unprofessional about it. Completely unnecessary! Just call and do your job! Don’t argue with the customers, she never apologized! She then texted that my rental was ready, no calls just texts. If she was bold enough to be rude she should be bold enough to apologize! I absolutely never want to deal with her in the future. I will request another worker that actually does the research before telling customers they don’t have any hope! I hope to God I never have to go to Kia dealership again.

I’m so happy and excited to have found such an amazing associate. Anastasia is the only person I will ever be listening to when it comes to my car recommendations, and maintenance. I trust her whole heartedly with my car. She’s always sweet, and I love her honesty when it comes to her recommendations. I’ve been steered wrong or taken advantage of in the past with mechanics and other dealership employees. And I am genuinely happy to have met Anastasia Poulos.

It was done quickly and efficiently. It was costly. I did not like that the technician changed my user settings.

Anastasia was amazing! Professional & knowledgeable. She was able to get me an Uber from the dealership to work & when my car was finished, another Uber from work, back to the dealership to pick it up!

I brought my car in for a diagnostic portion due to my “check engine light” being active on my gauge cluster area. It took more than a week for a diagnostic to be ran on my vehicle for just a diagnostic. Afterwards, the issue was presented at an astronomical price for a repair $40 part. I find the time frame and pricing tactics to be underhanded and immoral. Most likely the last time, I bring my car to a dealership for services. I will say, at least the staff was extremely polite and courteous
