Eduardo was extremely helpful. He quoted me a time and date for the repair, and held to that date. When it came to the repair itself it was done quickly, and he got my car back to me as fast as possible.

Service steps were not clearly explain during a phone conversation I had the day before. When I called, I was told walkins were welcome, but when I arrived the next day about 7:35 AM there were about six people waiting for service. Finally Anastasia waited on me. She seemed a bit stressed and overwhelmed and explained that they are behind on services from the day before and that there a service department does not have as many employees as your competitive dealerships around you. She told me I wasn’t guaranteed that they would be able to provide ian oil change for my car and I might have to come back the next day. I asked a question in regards to a brake light that appeared on my car and she said she would have to keep my car for 7 to 10 days and send that to another department in my opinion was a rude tone. I felt confident that she would be able to provide some clarity or support because as I waited for my turn, I witnessed Eduardo with excellent customer service, and when his customers asked a question, he clearly answered it in a polite manner. Unfortunately, that was not the service that I received. Had I known when I purchased my car that they are more so many challenges to service or a lengthy wait time I would have never bought a car with Kia and I’ll express my opinion to other people who asked me.
