However to the manufacturer of our KIA we are disappointed and dissatisfied that we have been waiting months for replacement trim on our telluride 1 year old and now we are driving around with no trim which makes our telluride look crappy to other people which could be potential customers.

I had an appointment on the books for at least one month. That should have been enough time to look and see what needed to be done, a recall, and have the parts needed at the shop. So now I have to make another appointment, take a day off from work, which is difficult in my profession. Overall, very disappointing.
