What is really important is to have competent people doing the REAL work in the service area. If the person performing the REAL WORK leaves loose a few lug nuts it really don’t matter how nice the guys or gal at the front desk is!!!! Regards

I dropped in to have a rattle checked that I noticed after the oil pressure switch was changed. They determined it was not connected to the work done..even though it wasn’t there before the work was done ???????. Will need to have this diagnosed!!! Staff was considerate and helpful!!

I asked them to wash my car when done. My car came back to me very filthy. I’m sick today and wanted my daughter to pick up my car with my bank card. Not a credit card. They said no. I have to be there with my ID. I came. Nobody asked for my ID. So it was a waste of my time. I’m disgusted with Kia!!!!

The person I interacted with at the counter was great but I was there for almost 2 hours after appointment time when the screen said under 60 minutes for oil change. I understand it was busy but waiting that long for an oil change is crazy
