Eduardo was personable and accommodating. He got the job done on short notice and at a much better price than my local Kia dealer. Even in the limited time I spent at Visalia Kia service dept I could see that Eduardo was good at managing time and staff. he explained that the job was simple and he could pull one of his guys away for a short period of time to get it done on short notice whereas my local Kia would not get me in for two months. I will be driving the extra thirty miles to Visalia Kia due to the friendly, timely and competent service I received.
