Informed them we were having issues with brakes and they didn’t seem to address it at all. Washed our car and just smeared the glass all over. It was almost impossible to see out the window. Really disappointed.

You guys cracked my windshield and blames it on a little crack that was there which when I bought the car a year ago your salesman said it wouldn't spread because it was fixed to not spread and only a new crack would spread . You don't take accountability for cracking my windshield and it's big like if something hit my window hard while you washed it! I will never recommend Kia or your service to anyone! The manager was useless no help at all!
