This isn't the fault of any individual employee but my wait time for my car was 1.5 months which is a long time for my engine going limp. More technicians need to be hired. I'm unhappy that the engine is still at risk to go limp. It's a great car if it was made right and I will be moving on from Kia for something more reliable

In the past, I have always set up an appointment for my car to be serviced this time I was directed to go as a walk-in and to be there at 7:30 as they only do three a day I was there at 7:25. I was told I needed to leave my car until possibly 530 which was not an option for me, I was told I could get an appointment the next day which is when I had to work, but that made no sense as I was told they no longer do appointments. It was a walk-in basis and only takes three a day after much frustration I was offered an Uber which I turned down and ended up walking home Asked to be called if my car would get done early so I wouldn’t be without a car which it was done earlier than 530. I believe I picked up my car by about noon just frustration frustrated with the process as nobody seem to know what the other one was telling their customers Also asked for a trade-in value to be done on my car and was told that they could do that when it was all said and done that did not happen, but my frustration was so much that I did not ask for them to take it back in and do it. I just wanted to get my car and go home .
