Eduardo Alvarez was very helpful and professional on helping me with the recall on my 2021 Kia soul. Offered me three different places to wait while my Kia gets worked on. He also offer me free complimentary pop corn and showed us the vending machines to snack on while i wait. Very satisfied with the overall experience and if it was up to me I’d give Eduardo Alvarez a raise. 5 STARS, thank you again Eduardo Alvarez!

Employees are unprofessional laugh at us when asking a question of vehicle. Didn’t fixed AC on my 2020 Kia Frote. Didn’t know how to answer are questions kept repeating him self to avoid our questions. Horrible experience at the Visalia Kia dealership.This is the second time employees are rude to us. I will not be taking my vehicle there to get maintenance.
