Eric T is probably the best automotive personnel I have ever worked with. My car had an difficult issue to identify, and Eric logically went through multiple steps and consulted with his team and use technology to trouble shoot and identify nothing was apparently wrong. Other places could have easily tried to offer expensive services that would not have made a difference. Eric was spot on with his recommendation and problem solving, being a minor issue but noticeable, and nearly indeterminable, car just needed a little Kia service magic and back to normal. Thanks Eric. Appreciate you man. Overall, Visalia Kia has a very good customer service attitude.
