Super frustrating that I had an appointment for 8:00 am and my car wasn’t touched until after 2:00 pm and not ready for pick up until after 4:00 pm. This resulted in canceled plans, I had no way to get to my function on time. There were also no answers. I’m told that the feature that saves gas at stop lights is temperamental and just sometimes doesn’t work. Basically, my car sat for 8 hours to have wiper fluid filled up. I do appreciate the technician who came out to speak to me. He explained that he tried and to bring it back if it acted up again. I didn’t appreciate being told at drop off that I might be responsible for $195 charge if it was my fault. The car has 2,075 miles. One should have a reasonable expectation that a new car should be in relatively perfect condition. This is the second time I have had to deal with service in 2,075 miles. The first time my wife was so frustrated, we haven’t even addressed that issue yet. So far, not a huge fan.
