I waited almost 15 minutes before someone helped me. All the employees were standing around chatting but nobody offered to help me. I was the only truck in the bay. After I was there about 5 minutes a young lady came by and asked if I was being helped. When I told her I hadn't, she spoke into her microphone and asked someone to help me. It was another 10 before a bearded gentleman asked if had been helped. When I told him I hadn't he went got a servoce agent to help me. I was there for the Quick Lane service and it took another hour to service my truck once he helped me.
Normally I have excellent service. I think it was just an off day.
