Worst experience by far. Customer service and communication was non existent. After almost two weeks at your dealer, I get my truck back with 1 of multiple issues resolved. After discussing with your dealership I was told the service tech failed to annotate the multiple issues why the Ram was in for repairs again. This was even after the mobile team pulled multiple codes and showed me the results. The dealer texted me and called me to confirm my apt that was made, my truck spent 4 days at the dealer before even being looked at then not fixed! I communicated exactly what was going on with my truck, your tech failed to type it in as well as then having Jay pull the report from the mobile team on 9 Aug. just because the service manager told me Neil got fired doesn’t fix the dealers issue with training its service techs to annotate what the customer is stating is going on, then being dismissed when you call to find out what is going on with your vehicle.

It took three weeks to handle getting the issues with my car fixed and there was no offer for a loaner car even though I asked multiple times so I was not able to get to work. The work that was needing to be done was not a three week turnaround timeframe. And one of the issues has not been fixed And will have to come back to the shop for further work to be completed.
Your sales associate was great. I have no issues with him and he went over everything with me.
