**** and all the rest of your SVC team took great care of me. We think my car might have an intermittent issue (brake light wiring) that is proving a challenge to isolate. Three SVC visits now but each time a loaner equivalent was provided and diagnostics/repairs have happened professionally and to my satisfaction. Your operations are a benchmark I find all other car dealerships falling very short of.

Not only was he friendly and service was fast. He had my air running in vehicle when finished. He gave me key and not until I got to jeep, I realized it was already running with air. I have had that Jeep 2 years and only serviced at Aiken Ford, and did not know I had that feature on Jeep. Wow. What service and a great Wednesday. I went back to ask and he came out with me to show how it worked. Exceptional service. I thank him so much. ????

Mathew was absolutely awesome! I got a puncture in my tire and I thought I could make it to the service bay, but by the time I pulled into the parking lot my tire was completely flat. I walked over to the service dept and Mathew didn’t hesitate to help me out. He went and got a golf cart with a helper and an air tank to partially inflate my tire to get it into the service bay. Unfortunately, it was too big of a puncture to take any air. Once inside the service bay Mathew gave me a few suggestions for tires and helped me select the best fit for my truck, needs, and wallet. He took excellent care of me and got me on way that same afternoon. Phenomenal customer service. Sorry if there are any typos I filled this out on my phone.
