Not only was he friendly and service was fast. He had my air running in vehicle when finished. He gave me key and not until I got to jeep, I realized it was already running with air. I have had that Jeep 2 years and only serviced at Aiken Ford, and did not know I had that feature on Jeep. Wow. What service and a great Wednesday. I went back to ask and he came out with me to show how it worked. Exceptional service. I thank him so much. ????

Mathew was absolutely awesome! I got a puncture in my tire and I thought I could make it to the service bay, but by the time I pulled into the parking lot my tire was completely flat. I walked over to the service dept and Mathew didn’t hesitate to help me out. He went and got a golf cart with a helper and an air tank to partially inflate my tire to get it into the service bay. Unfortunately, it was too big of a puncture to take any air. Once inside the service bay Mathew gave me a few suggestions for tires and helped me select the best fit for my truck, needs, and wallet. He took excellent care of me and got me on way that same afternoon. Phenomenal customer service. Sorry if there are any typos I filled this out on my phone.

The service advisor/technician and assistant manager were very nice. The lack of timely service is very confusing as a customer . The communication regarding why it took approximately 1 month was lacking- FORD?- apparently needs to explain or someone higher up with the dealership-

The people were all very helpful. The people side was fine. The issue was there were only three tires and I obviously needed 4. It took awhile for it together so it turned into a five hour stay. But I was offered by three different people to take me home and come back to get me when the truck was ready. Again, the people part was very good amd I was pleased with it.

The entire service process was very professionally done. That’s why I always use Akins to service my vehicle! I did have one question after I left the dealership which I will follow up on. I changed from synthetic blend to full synthetic but noticed my service sticker still recommended the next change at 5000 miles - I expected that interval to be slightly longer with the full synthetic oil.
