I made an appointment for an oil change and diagnostic check. I left the car on Thursday morning. I was told I would hear back in 2-3 days. On Wednesday, 6 days later they finally diagnosed the issue and shared the cost for repairs. They also let me know that the rear camera was recalled, but they would have to order the part. I was asked if I wanted to leave the car while they ordered the parts. I took my car home. It seems unreasonable to leave your car for so long while it sits in the lot. I could have driven the car last week and brought it in Monday.

He was always right on top of things he called me. He made sure I was up-to-date. I am very pleased with Bobby. Although I think the person that owns the car should meet the mechanic that’s working on the car and they should go over everything with the person. That’s just a suggestion.
