I could not have been any more satisfied with my experience at Akins Ford service department and Mike **** did everything he could do to make sure that happened. He worked with Tom Cronin to set up an appointment time loaner vehicle and made sure it was placed with the proper service tech to correct my vehicles problem. Great experience. Thanks Mike ****.
