I bought a 93k truck and a day or two after , realized that the custom paint on the tail gate was peeling. Brought it to the attention of wild Willie's and they informed me that since I am the second owner, no warranty and it would cost me 1400 to have it fixed. Also, had my truck for 2 weeks to do an oil change and tire rotation and plug a sensor back in (which was left unplugged by wild willies). We have purchased 3 jeeps, an f150, f250, a couple tow trucks, and recently my F350. You would think that fixing the tail gate paint issue, being that I buy a lot of vehicles from Akin, wouldn't be a problem.

Taking 3.5 hrs for an oil change is excessive, I realize you are busy. I will be going someplace else for this service or try to drop off in the future. When you have 2 days off my time is worth something as well. Please you don't have to contact. Was a comment. I'd pay more to be done faster

Oil change took a long time granted I didn't have appt. I needed a question answered about my lift gate and was referred to sales depth. They weren't sure then said it wasn't broken. Not really sure if that's true.
