In for an oil change and was told the estimated time was 2 hours. I was ready to go in about 1 hour. Josh had my truck ready, we chatted for a minute and I was off. Great experience with Josh and Akins as always!

I’ve spoken with two members of management. My original appointment was scheduled on 10/24 for 12/5 drop off at 7:30am and requested a ride. On 12/4 at 2:38pm I called to confirm I could receive a ride to work. The young lady that’s answered stated yes we should be able I stated I have to be at work and I don’t want to be stranded she again stated that shouldn’t be a problem they’ll let you know when you arrive. A couple hours later I receive a call asking if I will make my appointment. I shared I had called and confirmed with someone earlier she said oh okay. Day of appointment I requested a shuttle but nobody was available at the front desk. The lady from the office in the back right stated everyone was gone to pick up other vehicles and someone should be back. I asked how long would that take as I called yesterday and stated the day of scheduling the appointment that I’ll need a shuttle. She had **** take me to work. He was amazing and the absolute friendliest person. I received a text at 11:02 asking if I had any questions I responded back and said not at this time. I texted at 12:38 providing the address of where the vehicle could be dropped off at no response I texted again at 356 asking for a response as I was getting in a hour no response. I called 4:37pm asking about my vehicle. That’s when I was informed that’s parts had to be ordered. The problem I have is there was absolutely NO communication whatsoever. When parts were ordered I should’ve received a phone call letting me know and provided a time of when my vehicle would be returned to me. When I spoke with the manager he informed me he would get the vehicle to me within 30-40 minutes. I called back at 530 asking as I’ve been off work for 30 minutes. **** arrived first and spoke and said he should be here any moment as he left before me. When Michael arrived he thought is joke that he didn’t know how to get out of the vehicle. At this point absolutely NOTHING was funny nothing at the time was a joke know the customer is frustrated after your LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I did have a conversation with the manager that night and again stated parts had to be ordered. The whole interaction from 12/4 and 12/5 was absolutely disappointing lack of communication and lack of customer service. I did send the manager screenshot to show I reached out to Michael.

Was not informed that I’d be paying 200 dollars to have the door code put on my car that I already payed $16,500 for. Extremely frustrating and disappointed. And honestly can’t say that I will be returning anytime soon.
