My Jeep was at your facility for an entire week and was never even diagnosed to know exactly what was wrong with it. I was contacted by the foreman after I texted that I was coming to get my vehicle within an hour bec it had been an entire week. He called me and stated he wanted to “make it right” by having me give the service dept “one more day.” Absolutely ridiculous. I will not purchase a vehicle from Aiken nor use the service dept again. I will also discourage family and friends from doing so.
