Jaylynn Nunn is a really Great employee. She was very communicative with the status of my vehicle. When I requested a loaner vehicle, you could tell that she really cared that she wasn’t able to provide one at that time due to availability. A couple of days later Jaylynn Nunn reached out to me to give an update on my vehicle she also made sure to let me know that if I was still in the need of a loaner vehicle she might be able to get one be the weekend when others returned their loaner. To me, that showed that she truly cared about the needs of the customer but also cared about the quality of service that she was able to provide

I was very anxious bringing my vehicle back to this location, but Akins Winder to very good care of my vehicle. They told me the wait time would be two hours but I got my vehicle in under that time. I also am pleased that everything is working great. I will be returning to get my oil change in two weeks. I am also impressed that they call to check and make sure everything is working good.
