They did an update which is great and Jordan was fast and efficient but the issue still remains. Remote functions not working, error message about low power and truck in deep sleep. SSM51725. It's my fault I didn't check the functions before they left.

After I was told car was ready it was close to 45 minutes until paperwork was completed and I was allowed to pay and leave. I could see my car out front and it seemed an excessive amount of time between the service being completed and paying/leaving
