Problem is with the changes you have made to the service bay reception I waited longer than customary in the cold at that. Don't like being pushed to make payment by phone, before I had a chance to review invoice and without notification of change in handling. I was frustrated both by the process and the price hike. Which led me to forget to bring up that I likely had Ford Pass points which would have lowered my cost. Give customers the option to decide how they want to handle their transaction. I went to the cashiers desk with questions and all clerk did was call Ethan to deal with it. Probably won't be back.
