The guy that processed my payment was very nice and helpful, I also spoke with him on the phone at some point during this whole process and he answered all my questions and was very informative. I don’t remember his name though.
Also a girl at the front desk (Tania?) was sweet and helped me and two blonde ladies (I don’t remember either of their names)they were nice as well.
The guys that replaced my cars front brake hoses forgot to put some clips back and even some screws were missing from the cover. I realized when I was driving home that something was hitting the ground even when I was driving on a completely flat surface so I pulled over and saw parts of the cover were just dragging on the floor. There are also quite a few new scratches that weren’t there when I dropped off the vehicle so I’m not really too excited about that.
Other than that, it was quick and I had clear communication from Rudy the whole way through.
