I have been waiting on Deanna and JP for 6 months to finalize a refund for services paid and then covered by RAM. Not happy.

We have been bringing our truck and car to Akins for service since 2019. We have had lots of issues from paying a lot higher than quoted and service we paid for not being done. But after dealing with Jr diesel shop manger he was able to make things right so far. Also please note Tonya at Check out has always been great

Had a 12:00 ( arrived at 11:45) appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told he could get me in and out fairly quick. Advised to go in have a seat and we will notify you shortly when it’s done. At 2:20 went to my advisor and asked if he had an ETA, he thought it was done and I had been notified, I said no. He went and came back a couple of minutes later and advised 15 more minutes. At 3:00 I received the text that it was done. I have had many services with Akins that went alot smoother.
