I'm so appreciative that I bought my vehicle from Akins. I love my Ford Escape even though it's had more problems than I expected and has been in the Akins shop a lot. Every-time though, I have always been able to get a loaner vehicle better than mine. Mr. Akins understands that we're all busy and have things going on in our lives too. This time my expectations were more than met by getting the car repaired and just from me sending Josh Kern my service pro even when I requested an extra step and had my backup lite replaced and stayed in contact with me of the closest date for pick up and it was done much earlier than expected. The loaner/rental department for the dealership is above any I have ever used and I really appreciate that. Thanks to everyone at Akins for their assistance and support. Thank God for you all my experience has always been outstanding! Take care.

It’s just confusing on the service department being in the back?
Don’t understand why some vehicles are allowed in the front area but some are made to go in the back?
Need some signs in the back to guide you where to go.
