I have no issue with Joshua Kern very nice guy. I am concerned with what you found compared to what I brought it in for. It had no oil in it when I called to have it picked up. The service dept said it was full of oil and had a busted radiator. But when it broke down wasn't running hot had no leak or water anywhere. And I know what I saw a dipstick that was not only showing no oil wasn't even oily at all.
I just feel like they are avoiding the fact that their engine is burning oil but time will tell.

I understand why you are forcing the milling of rotors with pad replacement but I think I will be changing my own brakes and rotors in the future due to cost. I can get a brake and rotor kit for 300-400 so it doesn’t make sense to use milled rotors and pads for 300 to me.
The service was fine. The new policy is the problem.
